Enroll
Scan a QR code, plug the radio into a laptop and enroll it from the browser over USB, or have the manufacturer preload the agent. Screenless radios enroll over USB with tone feedback.

Apply a Policy
Lock the device to your PTT app, map the PTT and SOS keys, set Wi-Fi, APN, location and time zone, and install the apps it needs. One policy covers a whole customer.

Manage and Monitor
See battery, signal, carrier, Wi-Fi and GPS for every device live. Send commands, push updates and get alerts when a radio goes quiet or a kiosk is left.

Per-Device Identity
Every radio gets its own certificate at enrollment and connects over mutual TLS, so a stolen token or copied app cannot pose as a device.
Two-Factor for Everyone
Every console user signs in with an authenticator app. Every action, from a policy change to a wipe, lands in the audit log.
Redundant Servers
A primary and a standby server in different locations. Radios hold a connection to both and switch over in seconds if the primary goes down.
Encrypted Secrets
Wi-Fi, APN and provider credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown again once saved.
Encrypted Backups
Nightly backups of the database and device keys, encrypted to a key held offline, with off-site copies.
Offline Tolerant
Radios queue telemetry and command results while out of coverage and deliver them in order when they reconnect.
